CHALLENGE
A government defence department needed RGIS to count spare parts across 50 buildings. After migrating to a new stock system, the exact number of items was unknown.
REQUIREMENT
A wall-to-wall stocktake and re-labelling were required. Preparation with facilities management was vital, with strict timeframes and accurate data for system upload.
SOLUTION
RGIS deployed 14 trained staff inside the secure compound. The 12-month project, with 6 months contingency, included daily validated data feeds. Over 100,000 items were expected.
