WebETM 3.0 is the latest iteration of MTU Maintenance’s remote engine trend monitoring (ETM) software, which was first developed and applied in-house in the early 2000s. It is an intelligent tool for predictive maintenance planning and can be used for an individual engine or entire fleets, regardless of model or type. The software analyzes technical data after each flight and flags any abnormalities in the operation of an engine.
Together with empirical data gathered during shop visits, these insights allow us to identify and resolve the first indications of engine wear early on. They benefit from 24/7 analysis by MTU experts, longer and optimized on-wing times and reduced cost of ownership or operation across the lifecycle of their engines.
